Turnout Exercises

Everyone wants more turnout. Whether it’s more range a la second, or holding your turnout en fondu. However, lots of the turnout exercises that we see people doing online are VERY unsafe!

Turnout exercises and stretches must be developed gradually, over time, and you must be able to control your mobility with fine co-ordination of the musces around the hip to prevent injury. Over stretched ligaments at the front of the hip can lead to labral tears which can stop you from dancing.
