Stretches can help you in a number of different ways, from increasing mobility, to reducing post exercise muscle soreness.
We do not advocate many traditional, static stretches, but use more dynamic stretches that help mobilise the fascial and nervous systems.
For more information about what stretches are right for you, please talk to your friendly physio. Make sure to check with your physio before adding any of these stretches to your program, and please rember that they should never cause pain, either during, or after the exercise.
