We usually start participating in sports to keep healthy, however often sporting pursuits can deliver muscle strains, ligament sprains and other injuries. If tehse injuries are dealt with effectively you can reduce the chance of reinjury or long term dysfunction. Full rehabilitation of a sporting injury will include not only resolution of symptoms (pain, swelling etc) but also strengthening to get you back to full form. Often we get feedback from our clients that they were better going back into their chosen sport than they were before due the comprehensive nature of our treatments!
