The Perfect Pointe Book A – Learn everything you need to know before starting en pointe! This course explores the first two stages of The Perfect Pointe Book in detail – focusing on the flexibility and strength of the feet and ankles. This includes massage techniques and specialised exercises to help improve your pointe range!

The Perfect Pointe Book B – Stage 3 and 4 of The Perfect Pointe book involve learning about turnout and core control that are both essential before starting en pointe. Learn exactly where your turnout muscles are and how to strengthen them for ballet, and develop true core control.

Training Turnout 1 – Discover the true secrets of maximising turnout! Aimed at the younger student starting to learn about turnout and how to work correctly in class. Essential for any young student serious about their dancing.

Training Turnout 2 – This class is for the older student who is ready to go beyond the basics and start developing greater control of their hips. Essential to learn how to execute higher extensions safely without developing clicky hips!

Advanced Foot Control – This class is for older students wanting to master the art of foot control. Learn the anatomy of your feet and ankles in a fun way, as well as lots of self treatment techniques and specific strengthening exercises.

Front Splits Fast! – This class works through our unique program designed to get maximal flexibility in record time! Learn how to mobilize the ‘Fascial’ and ‘Neural’ systems that may have been holding you back from your full potential, as well as how to stretch without being sore the next day. This workshop will change your life!

Ball Conditioning for Dancers 1 – A large exercise ball can be a dancers best friend when it comes to core training. Do you have one sitting around but don’t know what to do with it? This course teaches you lots of different exercises for dancers to condition all areas of the body in a fun way. Great for contemporary and jazz dancers, as well as classical ballet.

Ball Conditioning for Dancers 2 – More advanced exercises for those who have already had some experience on a ball. Develop your repertoire of exercises to improve your dynamic stability and learn how to transfer this into your dancing.
